MidFirst Online Banking: New Features and Enhancements

In the next few months, MidFirst Credit Union will be adding some great new features to MidFirst Online Banking including Web Connect, Co-Browse Support, Secure Support, and Bill Payment and Presentment.

  • Web Connect Did you know that you can download your MidFirst financial information from MidFirst Online Banking to Personal Financial Management software such as Quicken or Microsoft Money? MidFirst has added Web Connect to MidFirst Online Banking, giving you more export options and features. If you use Quicken, you are now able to export to the new and improved Quicken 2008. If you have an older version of Quicken or use other Personal Financial Management software, you can still export your files as normal.
  • Co-Browse Support Co-Browse Support enables a MidFirst member service employee to see what you see on your screen when you have questions about MidFirst Online Banking. The co-browsing feature eliminates frustration when trying to describe a situation or error message because the MidFirst member service employee will be able to securely connect to your MidFirst Online Banking session to see the issue and show you how to avoid it. Co-Browse Support will be available for issues in relation to MidFirst Online Banking only; MidFirst Bill Pay and other links accessible through MidFirst Online Banking will not be available for co-browsing.
  • Secure Support Have a question about your MidFirst accounts? You will soon be able to submit your question to MidFirst through a secure internet web address inside of MidFirst Online Banking. Secure Support will reduce the need to call in or visit a MidFirst branch, saving you time!
  • Online Bill Payment and Presentment Soon, MidFirst Online Bill Pay will be upgraded to MidFirst Online Bill Payment and Presentment. This exciting upgrade offers you the ability to receive, view and pay all of your bills through MidFirst’s secure Online Bill Pay site within MidFirst Online Banking instead of going to multiple biller sites to pay bills individually. With Online Bill Payment and Presentment, you’ll be able to set up email alerts for bill arrivals, due dates, and upcoming payments, schedule automatic recurring payment rules for each payee, and run payment reports and create custom reports. Online Bill Payment and Presentment will give you a more convenient way to pay all of your bills online!
